2. Information We Collect a. Personal Information
   • When pilots register on our app, we collect the following personal information: Full name, email addresses, employee Id, overtime priority number, current flight hours, availability and legality, bid winners.
   • The information is used to help OCA decide who should be the winner of each flight of every open bid. The information is transparent to all participators.  
3. Process
   • When flights remain open, pilots can participate in the bidding process through our app.
   • During the bidding process, the App collects and uses data to facilitate the assignment of pilots to suitable flights. Here is an explanation of how the process works:
     1. Pilot Priority Number: Each pilot is assigned a priority number, which is recalculated on a monthly basis. This number determines the pilot's position in the bidding process. A lower priority number indicates a higher position in the list.
     2. Registration and Participant List: When a pilot chooses to participate in a flight bid, they are registered and placed in the list of participants based on their priority number. The App collects relevant information, such as pilot preferences, qualifications, and availability, to match pilots with suitable flights.
     3. Bid Closure: Each bid has a predetermined closing time. Once the bid closes, registration for flights in that bid is no longer possible.
     4. Crew Assignment Process: After the bid closes, the Crew Assignment (CA) team begins working on the bid. They review the participant list from the top, considering each pilot's availability and qualifications.
     5. Eligibility Checks: For each pilot in the participant list, CA checks if the pilot is available during the flight's timeframe and if there are no rule violations or conflicts with other assigned flights.
     6. Winning Notification: If a pilot passes all the eligibility checks, they are informed through the App that they have "won" the bid and that their approval is required for assignment. The pilot receives a notification in the App.
     7. Pilot Confirmation: The pilot has the option to accept or decline the assignment. If the pilot agrees, they confirm their assignment through the App, and the assignment is registered in the system. If the pilot declines, the next pilot in line is proposed for the assignment, and the process continues until a pilot accepts the assignment.
     8. Please note that the App collects and uses this information solely for the purpose of facilitating the bidding process and assigning pilots to flights. The data is securely stored and handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

   2. Confidentiality: The shared information is treated with strict confidentiality and is used solely for the purpose of assigning pilots to flights within the airline's operational requirements
   3. Data Protection: The airline company implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and security of the shared information.
   4. Non-Disclosure to Third Parties: The shared information is not disclosed to any third parties, except as required by applicable laws or regulations.
   5. By participating in the bidding process and using the application, pilots acknowledge and agree that their information may be shared with the airline company's CA team to facilitate flight assignments.
